He is survived by: his husband Dwayne Fields; his children, Lynn Foreman of Texas and Joshua Paul Wells of Indiana; his siblings, Tomella Rimer (Randy) of Cloverdale, Indiana, Bill Blubaugh (Janet) of Clayton, Byron Blubaugh of Plainfield and Sam Blubaugh (Angie) of Danville, Indiana.; and his nieces and nephews, Rodney, Katrina, Julia, Ryan and Jacob. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
