He was predeceased by: his parents, RosaLee Fairchild and Alfred Payne; and his siblings, Sandra Ball and Lloyd Payne. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Payne; his children, Sandy Ashworth (William) of Cosby, TN, Daniel Payne and Emmanuel Payne; and his siblings, Darlene Ridley, Gladys Ballard and Bimbo Payne (Cindy). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
