He is survived by: his wife Pat Rowe; his sons, Timothy Rowe, Trent Rowe (Dare), Todd Rowe (Melissa) and Tileah Lewis (Garry); his sister Carol Williams of Panama Beach; and his siblings-in-law, Lynal Rust (Nancy), Bennie (Wanda) and Gaye (Mike). He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, twenty one great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
