He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Lane and Stella Lane; his brother Steve Lane; and his parents-in-law, Howard "Bull" and Jiney Strange.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Lane of Newport; his son Todd Lane of Newport; his brothers, Ronald Lane (Linda) of Knoxville, Wayne Lane (Debbie) of Newport and Lynn Lane (Becky) of Newport; his nephews, Jeff, Bryson and Brandon Lane; and his brother-in-law Tommy Strange of Newport.
