He was predeceased by: his wife Polly D. Wise; his son Keith Wise; his parents, Fred Wise and Dealie Wise; his parents-in-law, Luther and Emma Dean Dawson; and his sisters, Martha Fowler, Louise Buckner and Beulah Holt.
He is survived by: his children, Kellie Wise (Kurt Owens) and Mike Stepp (Peggy); his grandchildren, Chad Manning, Chelsi Malone, Jarrod Wise and Shawn Stepp; and his sister Mary Holt. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
