He was predeceased by: his son Ricky Lynn Sisk; his parents, Rome Sisk and Addie Epley Sisk; and his brother Robert Sisk. He is survived by: his wife Maudella Sisk; and his sons, Jerry Sisk of Newport and Gary Sisk of Cosby. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
