He is survived by: his sisters, Cathy Ivey of Newport, Cindy Swann of Dandridge and Billie Sue Woudstra of Newport; his nieces and nephews, Lesley, Lexi Swann, Ashely Woudstra, Kevin and Nathan Woodstra; and his uncles, Roger and Ronnie Butler of Newport.
