He was predeceased by: his parents, Carnell Keith and Claude Keith; his father-in-law Charles Fuson; his wife Paulette; his siblings, Carl, Phillip, Vernon and Brenda; and his sisters-in-law, Cathy and Dianna.

He is survived by: his children, Terry Keith, Lane Keith (Mandy) and Dori Leigh Keith; his grandchildren, Kayla, Katie Leigh, Carrie, Ethan, Gavin and Peyton; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Caiden and Anisten; his brothers, Paul Keith (Phylis) and Stevie Keith; and his brother-in-law Tommy Hildreth.
