He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale McMillan and Nelle McMillan; his siblings, Dorothy McMillan Freeman and Jerry McMillan; his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Wright, Larry Stephenson and Joyce Garrett; and his parents-in-law, Edith Evans (Tab) and Bruce Evans of Newport.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda McMillan of Dandridge; his sisters, Judy Wright of Newport and Betty McMillan of Dandridge; and his sisters-in-law, Pat Stephenson and Shirley McGill.
Due to Covid 19, mask and social distancing is requested by the family.
