It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ragan Clark in Newport, Tennessee, who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Ragan and Rosa Burkett Ragan; and her siblings, Edward Ragan, Ben Ragan and Martha Ward.

She is survived by: her son Michael W. Clark of Allentown, Pennsylvania; her grandson Michael W. Clark, Jr. of Wilkes-Barre; and her sister Edna Allen of North Carolina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
