She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Fowler, Sr.; her parents, Benjamin Pettibone and Texie James Ford; her siblings, Burton Ford and Carolyn Hawkins; and her brother-in-law Benny Hawkins.
She is survived by: her son Bobby "Tony" Fowler; and her daughter-in-law Vicki L. Fowler. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
