She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Cates and Belvia Cates. She is survived by: her daughter Chassidy Gorrell (Denham); her significant other Earnest Bryant; her brother Donald Hall (Debbie); her grandchildren, Kain Gorrell, Taylor Gorrell and Caden Gorrell; and her close friends, Dallas Bryant (Chrsitine), Heather Taylor and Veronica James. She is also survived by several other cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Manes Funeral Home towards the funeral expenses.
