He was predeceased by: his father Randy Gregg. He is survived by: his daughter Sydney Gregg; his mother Gladys Gregg; and his siblings, Shannon Gregg (Heather), Misty Carriger (Phil), Melissia Murphy (James) and Alissia Hardison (Ed). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins; also other family and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). A masonic service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 6:45 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery (2200 E Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920).
