It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barry Brent Mantooth Sr. of Newport, Tennessee, who passed away on March 24, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Mitchell Mantooth, Sr. and Ella Bryant Mantooth; his son Barry Brent Mantooth Jr.; and his brother Bryan Timothy Mantooth. He is survived by: his wife Sue Mantooth; his children, Jeremey Mantooth, Tyler Helton, Logan Helton, Ayden McMahan, Amanda Mantooth, Leslie Bryant, Abby Bryant, Allison McMahan and Kylee Bryant; his siblings, Anita Wilson (Larry) and Darryll; and his grandchildren, James Anthony, Zachery Mantooth, Breanna Anthony and Sarah Mantooth.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Inman Cemetery. A celebration of life was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at the Middle Creek Church of God.
The family request that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
