It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Belles of Newport, Tennessee, who passed away on March 27, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Belles; her parents, Hubert Ricker and Ethel Ricker; and her sister Jeanette Cameron. She is survived by: her children, Charlie Belles (Tina) of Parrottsville, James Belles of Newport, Joe Belles (Linda) of Cosby and Lisa Kyker of Cleveland, TN; her grandchildren, Stacy Kyker, Brittany Allen, Charles Allen III, Anjelica Owenby, Joe Belles, III and Rickey Belles; and her brother Hubert "Ricky" (Rhonda Ricker).
