He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Napier and Edward Napier; his siblings, Butch, Bruce, Randall, Evelene, Sue, Judy and Ruby; his son Roger Clay "Rabbit" Napier; his stepson Randall Leffler; his grandsons, Mark and Bobby Halcomb; his children-in-law, Bill Kimbrough and Pat Napier; and his grandson-in-law Ben Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Cora Napier; his children, Carlissa Napier, Rita Halcomb, Larry Napier and Katie Leffler; his adoptive son Randall "Terry" Leffler; and his close friends, Larry Sane, Dean Ball, Gene Costner, Mark Stinnett, Johnny Davis and Bo Payne. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to Celebrate Life Cancer Support Group or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
