He is survived by: his wife Margaret Jane Denton Baxter (Jackie); his sons, Robert Baxter (Donna), Freddy Baxter and Terry Baxter; his grandson C. J. Baxter; his sister Maudella Baxter Sisk; his pet Scrappy; and his caregivers, Marty Barwick, Sharon Cox, Betsy Cox and Margaret Thornton.
