She is survived by: her children, Freddie Ray of Rutledge and Angie Ray; her brother Jeff Howard (Lainey) of Johnson City; her grandchildren, Cory Lewis (Julie Raleigh) of Morristown, Mackynnley Tipton (Jeremy Sartain) of White Pine, Kasi Richardson (Skylar) of Oklahoma, Jeremiah Ray (Elizabeth) of Whitesburg, Bailey Tipton and Kheyndelle Tipton; her great grandchildren, Grayson, Mayson, Kayson Tipton, Tristan and Jack Richardson; her sister-in-law Duretha Howard; and her friend Frances Strange of White Pine. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
