She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Stuart and Sarah Stuart (Grady Nix); her son Allen Nix; her grandson Shan Jarnigan; and her great grandchild Dillian Jarnigan.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen; her son-in-law Jeff Shelton of Newport; her grandchildren, Brittany Epley (Jesse Burgess) and Macy Masoner; her great grandchildren, Wyatt Epley, Carson Burgess and Ellie Ward; and her niece Ann Staupe. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
