He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe L. Proctor and Mary B. Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Ivey Proctor; his son Logan Andrew Proctor (Heather Wheeler); and his siblings, Michael L. Proctor (Jane), Harold Harbin (Faye), Sandy Sarbacher and Kathy Liedkie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of wonderful friends.
