He was predeceased by: his cousins, Nick Maples and Drew Lafollette. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Cole; his parents, Andrew Cole (Linda) and Connie Cole; his children, Taylor Cole, Ethan Cole (Tristan) and Phillip Bugg (Leslie); and his siblings, Jamie Ledford and Milisa Huskey (Tom). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren as well as other family and friends.
