Allen S. Brown Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2021, at the age of 75, Allen S. Brown of Newport, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfield S. Brown and Willie Mae Price Brown; and his siblings, Linda Brown Green and Daniel Brown. He is survived by: his wife Louise Brown; his daughter Tabitha Brown of Grassy Fork; his stepchildren, Terri Ball (Austin Bryant) of Cosby, John Ball (Regina) of Cosby and Carol Livingston (Dayton) of Cosby; his grandchildren, William Hawk, Nichole Gray, Robbie Livingston, Elizabeth Livingston, Ashley Ball and Nicholas Ball; his siblings, Rose Coffman (Wayne) of Kingsport, Kathy Laws of Grassy Fork, Deborah Brown of Grassy Fork and William Brown of Grassy Fork; and his siblings-in-law, Martha Black and Rev. James Hance of Newport. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In consideration of the health and safety of all those attending the service, Costner-Maloy strongly encourages that all CDC guidelines be followed, including the use of face masks.
