She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Burns Sr. and Angela Vignola Burns (Lewis Enslie Phillips); her son Williams Lewis Phillips; her brothers, William J. Burns, Jr. and Harry Burns; and her brother-in-law Everette Morgan.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Alice Hannah (Ralph), Kathryn Vick (Gary) of Bybee and Shirley Wood (George). She is also survived by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren also other family and friends.
