He is survived by: his wife Jane Nash Newsome of Newbern, Tennessee; his daughters, Tracye Newsome of Dyersburg and Tammy Hart (Butch) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; his sisters, Sondra Chuba (Danny Pledge) of Newbern and Carolyn Kennedy (Wallace) of Newbern, Tennessee; his sister-in-law Carmie Newsome of Dyersburg, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Bill Todd Bolt (Monique), Robert Lynn Newsome (Katelynn), Whitney Deanne Parish (Austin), Mindye Lanelle Bolt and Jodi Lea Stoops. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and many close friends.
