It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Qualls of Newbern, Tennessee, born in Linden, Tennessee, who passed away on January 10, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Monroe Qualls and Lila Mae Barber Qualls; and his siblings, Carlton Faye Qualls and Janie Marie Young. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Bevis Qualls of Newbern, Tennessee; his children, Kathy Marian Qualls, Beth Qualls Anderson of Jackson and Mark Ryan Qualls of Beech Bluff, Tennessee; his siblings, James Franklin Qualls (Wanda) of Pleasantville, Paul Lee Qualls of Ripley, Tennessee and Mary Ruth Hood (Andy) of Pensacola, Florida; and his grandchildren, Barrett Anderson (Rachele), Bethany Sawyers (Ryan), Grant Qualls, Morgan Qualls and Chase Qualls. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
