With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William G. Bard of Newbern, Tennessee, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on December 11, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Bard and Mildred Plummer Bard; and his siblings, Jesse J. Bard, Charles Lewis Bard and Alecia Apol.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Featherston Bard of Newbern, Tennessee; his children, William L. Bard (Kathy) of Dorr, Timothy Bard (Janie) of Newbern, Tennessee and Deborah L. Bard-McDowell of Newbern, Tennessee; and his sister Lorna Banfill (Phil) of Orangeville. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren and another great-grandchild.
