He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Sue Seaton Willis. He is survived by: his father Harold Russell Willis of Newbern, Tennessee; his wife Alisa Tabor Willis of Newbern, Tennessee; his children, Russell Willis of Jackson, John Tyler Willis (Kristi) of Newbern, Tennessee, Kelli Willis of Smyrna and Emily Willis Hall (Nick) of Union City, Tennessee; his sisters, Delta Willis of Newbern and Martha Willis of Newbern; and his grandchildren, Landon Willis, Kallie Willis, Tabor Hall, Cutler Hall, Anne Tyler Willis, Eliza Willis and Ruby Willis.
