He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvis Jackson Travis and Eula Effie Norris Travis; and his grandson Jason Travis Saneford. He is survived by: his wife Erna Lou Johnston Travis of Newbern, Tennessee; his children, Neal Travis (Nancy) of Medina, Tennessee, Carol Saneford (Lynn) of Jackson and Linda Gonzalez (Frank) of Frisco, Texas; and his siblings, Jack Travis (Jennifer) of Bay, Arkansas, Maxine Greuber and Joan Rodriguez (Rod) of Tampa, Florida. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
