He is survived by: his parents, Walter "Waldo" Hicks (Cheryl) and Kathy Raspberry Hassell (Kenneth); his wife Ana Rivera Hicks; his daughters, Samantha Linn Hicks of Newbern and Adrianna Marie Hicks of Newbern, Tennessee; his sisters, Kayla Fisher of Dyersburg and Angela Burns of Nashville, Tennessee; and his grandmother Kattie Czopkiewicz.
