It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Hart of Newbern, Tennessee, born in Dyersburg, Tennessee, who passed away on August 17, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hart and Helen Thrasher Hart; and his sister Carol Ferrell. He is survived by: his wife Demetris Miller Hart of Newbern, TN; his children, Jeff Hart (Keri) of Newbern, TN and Jennifer Hart Holder (Darrin) of Clinton, KY; his brother Dickie Hart of Dresden, TN; his grandchildren, Makayla Grace Hart, Landon Heath Holder, Rylee Claire Hart and Miller Aaron Holder; and his nephews, Dustin Warren, Shane Warren, Derrick Butler, Brett Lovett, Colton Butler and Drake Warren.
The family request that memorials be directed in his honor to St. Jude Research Hospital or West Dyersburg Church of Christ.
