He is survived by: his children, Thomas Chilcutt of Newbern, Tennessee, Stacie Purvis (Randy) of Dyersburg and Kim Sims (Patrick McDaniel) of Newbern, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Aaron Sims (Jamie), Lorie Betts, Tucker Sims, Grant Purvis (Kelsey) and Austin Chilcutt (Kerilee). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
