He is survived by: his wife Judy Dunn Milligan of Yorkville; his children, Travis Milligan of Yorkville, Jason Milligan of Yorkville, Tennessee, Kimberly Adams (Brian) of Sharon, Denise Bryson (Ellen) of Martin and Makelle Milligan of Fulton, Kentucky; his mother Carolyn Childrey Milligan of Yorkville, Tennessee; and his siblings, Jeff Milligan (Bobbie) of Yorkville, Keith Milligan of Yorkville, Darren Milligan (Melissa) of Newbern, Tennessee, Malinda Sims (Stan) of Yorkville and Sherry Simmons (Mike) of Gadsden. He is also survived by his four grandchildren, with one grandchild.
