She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jasko and Joanne Cani Jasko; and her siblings, John Jasko, George Jasko, Joanne Murawski and Susie Jerep.

She is survived by: her husband David G. Puraty of Akron; her children, Dan Puraty, David Puraty (Joanna) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Dianne Davison (Joe) of Dyersburg and Tina Puraty of Clearwater, Florida; and her sister Goldie Rininger of Copley, Ohio. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
