We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2021, at the age of 99, Mary Lena Smith of Newbern, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edd Chamberlain and Carrah Chamberlain; her husband Charles Duane "Pat" Smith; her sister Florence Celestia Chamberlain Shuck; and her nephew Michael Chamberlain Shuck.
She is survived by: her niece Dr. Susan Mary Shuck of Lookout Mountain, Georgia; her nephews, Dr. Edwin Shuck, III (Diane Shuck) of Lookout Mountain, Georgia and Samuel (Melissa); and her great-niece Rissa Shuck of Millington, Tennessee..
Even though we will be outdoors, the family requests mask and social distancing in light of the continuing pandemic.
