She was predeceased by: her parents, T. C. Lock and Nora Thedford Lock; her husband Arthur "Junior" Owen, Jr.; and her son Kerry Owen. She is survived by: her son Pat Owen (Patrica) of Newbern, Tennessee; her daughter-in-law Faye Owen of Dyersburg, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Brandon Owen (Tanya), Holly Fenton (Daryl), Beverly Hahn (Jacob), Kim Owen and Doug Weatherly. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be directed the charity of their choice.
