She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Flatt and Pauline Brown Flatt; and her sister Jean Powers. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Billy J. Williams of Newbern, Tennessee; her children, Sharon of Dyersburg, Karen of Dyersburg, Keith (Michelle) of Humboldt and Steve (Lisa) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; and her brothers, Sonny Flatt (Frances) of Tupelo and Richard Flatt (Caffie) of Newbern. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
