He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Finch, Sr. and Alma Morgan Finch; his sons, Ricky Lynn Finch and Troy Anthony Finch; and his brother Dwight Finch.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Williams Finch of Newbern, Tennessee; his daughters, Debbie Brashier (James) of Fredonia, Kimberly Harrell (Michael) of Port St and Melinda Jackson (Lynn) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; and his siblings, Lewis Finch (Ann) of Rocky Mountain, Walter Finch of Bunn, Ruth Morgan of Spring Hope and Doreen Manning (Willis) of Tarber. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
