He is survived by: his wife Gail Adcox Bailey; his children, Jay Bailey (Desiree) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Brandi Bailey Saxsma (Matt) of Trenton and Ashley Bailey Criswell (Logan) of Medina, Tennessee; his sister Julie Kennedy of Newbern; and his grandchildren, Lane Stewart, Landon Criswell, Luke Criswell, Cooper Saxsma and Ellie Saxsma.
