He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Olive Morland and Harold Thomas Stemple; his brothers, Robert and William Stemple; and his son Richard Morland Stemple.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Mounts Stemple; his children, Deborah Lynn Stemple, Dorothy Lee Yeater (Lendall) and Wayne Robert Stemple (Susan); his brother Thomas Stemple (Florence); his grandchildren, Nicole Voss (Jeremy), Christopher Yeater (Jessica), Ashley Buchanan (Josh), Emily Hayes (late Bobby) and Kim Smith; and his great grandchildren, Eli Voss, Grayson Yeater, Zoey, Bennie G Buchanan, Peyton, Aubrey, Tyler Hayes and Kaiden Smith.
