He is survived by: his children, Michael D. Underwood (Deborah) of Newbern, Tennessee and Darlene Lambert (Calvin) of Newbern, Tennessee; his sister Lurlene Luttrell of Dyer; his grandchildren, Paige Underwood (Melinda), Carissa Malatesta (Mark), Bethany Thornton (Justin) and Logan Lambert; and his great grandchildren, Brianna Klutts, Morgan Klutts, Jeremy Underwood, Jake Underwood, Sydney Thornton and Amelia Thornton.
