He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Ruth Hughey Marlin of Newbern, Tennessee; his daughters, Joan Marlin of Newbern, Tennessee, Judy Cobb (Danny) of Newbern and Jackie Butler of Newbern, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Tracey Reed (Gerald Canada), Scotty Healthcott (Christy), Richard Weatherly, II, Lora Fullbright (James), Brandy McCollum (John David), Jamie Neugebauer Carin Nash (Jeremy Ables) and Tara Vick (Tyler). He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
