He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Flatt and Pauline Flatt; his sisters, Joy Williams and Jean Powers; and his son Mike Ingram.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Davis Flatt; his sons, Fredrick of Tupelo, MS and Paul (Rochelle) of Saltillo, MS; his grandchildren, Bryan (Brooke) of Nashville, TN, Jordan (Audry) of Fulton, MS and Jace of Tupelo, MS; and his brother Richard Flatt of Newbern, TN. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home (239 E Main St, Newbern, TN 38059).
