She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Harvey Miller and Irvia Lee London Miller; her husband Bill Fultz; and her siblings, Bruce Miller, Vernon Miller, Charles Miller, Billy Miller, Finis Miller, Juanita Carrell, Demova McKeel, Edna Miller and Arthell McCann.
She is survived by: her siblings, Don Miller of Newbern and Edith Hassell Moore of Newbern. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
