She was predeceased by: her father Edward Cherry Poteet; her husband Elvis Barham; her daughter Joyce Barham; and her granddaughter Jennifer Baxter Watson. She is survived by: her grandmother Jewell Akin Poteet; her daughters, Cheri Baxter (Steve) of Dyersburg and Shelia Cravens (Bobby) of Newbern, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Leigh Ann Avery (Jordan), Bobbie Ann Cravens, James Michael White, Jessica Barham (Rey), Jeremy Barham and Destiney Tidwell (Kevin). She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
