She is survived by: her husband Charles Perry Wade, Sr. of Newbern, Tennessee; her children, Charles "Chuck" Wade, Jr. (Cindy) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Charlotte Bolton (Charlie) of Cayce and Robbie Robertson (Mickey) of Trimble; and her stepsiblings, Emily Wagner of Fulton, Ann Kern of Vero Beach, Flordia, Travis Cox of Fulton and Vanoy Cox of South Fulton, Tennessee. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
