We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2021, at the age of 61, Cynthia Lynn Webb (Newbern, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hill and Sarah Hill; and her brother Bobby Hill. She is survived by: her son Robert Webb; and her sister Debbie Cain.
