It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Columbus Edward Wallace of Newbern, Tennessee, born in Hickman, Kentucky, who passed away on August 20, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Henry Wallace and Jessie Hood Wallace; and his wife Martha Jo Wallace. He is survived by: his children, William Wallace of Chicago, Illinois, Jo Ann Hintz of Martin and Cynthia Anderson (Mark) of Union City, Tennessee; his brothers, James Wallace (Phyllis) of Halls, Wayne Wallace of Dyersburg and Henry Wallace of Dalton; and also Kathy Ozment (David) of Newbern. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and he was "Poppy" to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
