He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Davis and Dorothy Spitzer Sibley. He is survived by: his wife Linda King Davis of Newbern, Tennessee; his son Mark Davis (Jennifer) of Newbern, Tennessee; his half-brother John Davis (Denise) of Mammoth Springs; and his grandchildren, Logan A. Davis and Loren K. Davis. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Johnson-Williams Funeral Home (239 E Main St, Newbern, TN 38059). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home (239 E Main St, Newbern, TN 38059).
In lieu of flowers the family asked that memorial contributions be directed to the Newbern Methodist Church, P. O. Box # 72, Newbern, Tennessee 38059.
