He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Figgins and Kate Figgins; his nephew Shane Simpson (Sara) of Newbern, Tennessee; his niece Cassie Parkin (Joe) of Nashville, Tennessee; and also, Jacob Simpson, Taylar Roland, Abby Parkin and Emma Parkin.
