He was predeceased by: his brothers, Melvin Mann and Kenny Mann. He is survived by: his wife Bobbi Lou Moore Mann of McKenzie; his daughters, Teresa Lynn Shell (Ronald) of McKenzie and Mistee Lá́ Dawn Millsap (Mike) of McKenzie; his siblings, Alice Landeros (Gene) of Covington, TN and Roy Mann (Gail) of Newbern, TN; and his grandchildren, Dustin Shell, Brittnie Shell, Chad Shell (Lauren), Keegan Millsap, Kinley Millsap and Cody Millsap (Jordyn).
